Oil Rigs In Halifax Harbour

This is one of the various oil rigs that come into Halifax Harbour for servicing and repairs.
Today there were two of them in the harbour. I believe these are called 'jack-up' rigs because the platform is jacked up or raised on the legs over the drill spot. In the Harbour the legs appear well over the platform as the harbour is not very deep where they are moored.
