If you are wondering what to do in Halifax this weekend, September 11 and 12, 2010, there is no better way to spend a day (or two) than at the 2010 Nova Scotia International Air Show. This year is going to be better than ever with lots of ground displays as well as some spectacular flying. I can say that because I already saw some of the flying today as a few of the teams, such as the Canadian Snow Birds, did some practice flights over Dartmouth. I also saw the American CF-135 Hornet, which is quite a plane indeed...no wonder those Taliban folks must run for the caves when they hear one of those planes coming. That has to be one of the most exhirating parts of the air show, the sound of the jets in flight....wow....
