Would just "suck" them even further into the Halifax vortex and they would lose even more identity than they already have!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Rather than ask self-serving questions, how about asking the following:&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Do you feel that your community has lost (or is losing) it's identity since amalgamation?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Would you like your community to have more say on its day to day community-centric issues?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Do you think Regional Council needs to start dealing with regional issues instead of with rose bushes, cats and chickens?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;If you answered yes to any or all of the above, you need to speak up to ensure that Community Councils are empowered to make decisions.
